Chichén Itza is an ancient Mayan city full of many sacred buildings. What are your thoughts on this unique look at the city?
My thoughts are, these people of this ancient time were very spiritual and knowledgeable to the extent of which most cannot comprehend. I for one wonder what it was like growing up with the ethics of these ancient cultures and furthermore what they knew about the universe and it's secrets.
Sponsor me I'll find out everything
What I see are structures and columns that would look good situated somewhere in the Middle East. Now I know where they got their inspiration.
I am doing a report on it for school :(
I believe the 5th direction is something you can't reach "Physically" but rather "Spiritually"
Thank you for this awesome virtual tour!
We're glad you enjoyed watching. Make sure you check out our other 360 videos on our channel!
Definitely in one of my traveling bucket list. Looks beautiful and plenty of exploration opportunities.

It’s amazing. I was there a year ago and want to go back. It reminds me of tomb raider for ps1. So many secrets and lots of adventures you can’t take
@@Methasulem yeah,..I climbed that sucker..[el castillo].....going up was a lot easier than coming down...not even sure they let you do that anymore...

Why was that titled "Inside..." I wanted to see inside of the pyramid. You didn't show us the inside of anything.
We got bla..bla...bla....
Yah even I wanted to see the inside part of it !!?
If they go in, anything could break. This is very delicate and ancient; it should not be visited inside. Also, you should respect that you actually see the outside.
Just a hallway? That’s all that’s inside apparently 😂🤷🏻♂️
I went once, was sick as a dog with revenge, but I was there on the equinox, amazing to see the shadow come down the stairs and meet the head of the serpent , , the shadow was not square like the blocks of the pyramid, but rolling like a snake. Now how in the heck did that happen, and for some reason I didn't go inside , not sure what's in there, I think a older version of the pryimid, but if you can during to two eqinox of the year then go, but , and this is important, the sun makes the shadow, so make sure weather is good, only happens twice a year, amazing to see
Always interested in learning about other civilizations, the important things about their culture and every day life as well. Very intelligent people.

Why title inside when we see nata
I remember visiting this place when I vacationed to cancún! It was super humid, but nice nonetheless
I was too busy partying to visit.
it was a long bus ride...driver seemed eager to get back before dark...shared his anxiety when I noticed troops based along the way....
Wish we could have seen the inside of the pyramid
the deeper you go the tighter it gets...
@@frankpienkosky5688 I’ve been inside. It’s a wonderful experience. I wish they would have stayed true to the title of this video “Inside Chichén Itzá”
Its ok
One day
Terrific video. I suggest using a tripod next time.
Been there
Where's Gor-Rok?
Doesn’t reconstructing the pyramids make them incorrect from what they use to look like when they were first built?
Think about how many people would have paid a few bucks to watch the full version of this, if they could just click a button. Instead, you don't even link to the full version of it.
Maybe technological advancement would help us discover what's beneath underground much more than the current technology could offer.
never made it to that "panther throne" under the pyramid...never experienced claustrophobia before...but it got to me that time!...

Excuse me I've already been there I dont want to see it on phone I want to see the inside like it said
The management chased me across the park to pay the $15 to film there, they thought my experimental GoPro was pro equipment, $400 to bring a tripod.
Not exactly inside the Castillo at all. Can anybody get inside I doubt it.
used to be able to when I was there....tight squeeze for big gringos....
It is hard to believe that the ancient Inca civilization made such a huge, grand and solid structure, and I heard that the purpose of making that pyramid was to offer sacrifices to God, so I would like to learn more about it.
최유로 this is not inca, but maya.
@@josemiguelfierrosramirez3758 not much up there when you get to the top but a small structure with some weird writing on the walls...made you wonder just what went on there...

Very interesting video. For me.
I trust so pyramides was build not for relegion way and not for mummies. Egyptien pyramides by my wiev of world has been made by Joseph- for food during 14 years. 7 good and 7 poor.
Chitzan Itzá was done for watter.
