Shadowflame is way better than Luden's on Teemo, because it ramps up ALL damage you deal to enemies below 35% HP. So you crit with your poison, with Liandry's and with Malignance. In this same match you would do like 8-10k more damage by just having another item. And it also gives 10 more Mpen.
