Glad to hear FM is replacing the wheel assembly for you. This does however, seem like something that you should have already known about before sending it to FM. If your wheel assembly had no damage then we must need to photo document everything before sending parts to FM.

TBH, I think they resolved it in your favor because they'd have a hard time proving that you somehow managed to lacerate the internal wiring, as you are an experienced, if not licensed, builder of Onewheels and parts. The damage to the pin assembly being related to the crash, sure, but the others? Unlikely. Really, the burden of proof was on them and as either issue would could have been the root cause, it's a rough sell. At the very least, it certainly wouldn't have looked good when they're trying to paint a pretty picture for the corporate image while maintaining multiple lawsuits against people and companies that are relatively popular in the community. Regardless of the motivation, I certainly believe they did the right thing by you with this. I look forward to seeing more content as you grow the channel and company. Im already looking for a summer option because my non zip hoodie is great for winter but is way to insulated for summer rides Did they xray the motor cable to find the lacerations internally? Photos?
