My hedgehog Ezra's vet visit! + Tips to treat dry skin

Dry skin is very common among pet hedgehog. They need special care to treat them
I tried to bath my hedgehog oatmeal bath but it doesn't work. So i went to vet to clarify on his skin condition!

Hai semua ♥️🙆🏻‍♀️ Untuk drop flaxseed oil dalam makanan tu, drop dalam makanan dia 3-5 times seminggu. Bila kulit dia dah improve, kurangkan kepada hanya 2 kali seminggu.

I have a male hedgehog too and he has dry skin and his has quills loss from time to time. I bathed him in oatmeal weekly but the recover process abit slow. After watching your video, i should consider add in some flaxseed/coconut oil in his food and observe. Thanks for the sharing!! 😉👍

True organic oatmeal bath can only work for some hedgehog. Most of the time the healing is so slow! Yes i highly recommend organic flaxseed oil ❤️

Hey! I just wanted to say that I really enjoy watching your videos and that it's been helpful and informative for me as a hedgehog owner myself. I'm actually bringing my hedgie to the same clinic you have shown in the video :) I tried really hard looking around for other vet clinics, but they were either too far or didn't provide services for exotic animals. Anyways, thank you for producing all these content hehe

Hi! Another alternative is you can go to Dr Vellayan’s exotic melawati. The vet is at his house as he’s actually a retired zoo negara vet. He’s quite strict but he’s very knowledgeable

Theres no vet that know how to handle hedgehog where i live. Search, then found out to bath him with oatmeal bath with some oil. Just be careful kalau jenis mcm yg bwk hedgehog tidur sama. Korang blh tjangkit kalau dia ada kelemumur/mites..

boleh je if u nak buat general checkup. lagi bagus sebab prevention dari tunggu ada tak kena baru pergi. vet boleh buatkan skin scraping if u ask, check for mite or fungus so that takdelah u tertanya tanya
