Dana needs to stop gas lighting UFC fans. STFU and listen. Fans asked for more UFC weight classes (165lbs, 175lbs, etc.) not this Slapstick BS. If it was good enough on its own, it wouldn't have to be posted on the UFC channel and have you gas lighting UFC fans that this is what we want. We love MMA and UFC but don't want to see it bacterized for some BS that only attracts the simple minded.
@DanaWhite You guys should put a floor padding around the slap area so the guy can fall softer and not have his head bang off the ground more. It would be a good saftey feature. And show commissions you are trying to be as safe a possiable.

Mma fighters eat anywhere from 10-300 clean strikes in a fight. When they go down, their opening jumps on them and swings for the fences

This is the most dangerous sport in modern times and even though Iâm a fan of both boxing and mma, this seems unethical and completely unnecessary. Thereâs no avoiding brain damage based on skill in this âsportâ and I can definitely see it leading to lawsuits in 5 years when these guys inevitably develop CTE.
