As a southend fan.. I'm not surprised the stadium was open and that no one stopped you.. just shocking the way the club is being run. 116 years of football just washing away.
It’s hard to watch a club like Southend wash away all that history you have. Some of my family support Southend so I have a bit of a soft spot for the club. I hope everything improves and Ron Martin sells the club to a more competent person
Good to see the potential new training ground. Yesterday southend thoroughly deserved their 4-0 win v Oldham...top the league! Great start despite off field activities. Plenty of support there 😊
shocking to see the state the club has fallen into many happy memoires as a child in the 80s. I wonder if a new owner could come in and redevelop roots hall. Simple rebuild nothinhg fancy but improved match day underneath all four stands (or maybe three given south bank limitationds on space)
