The reason why Kai’s name is on the profile pic for the Exo social media accounts is because he recently released his third solo album. Each member’s name is on the profile pic when their solo Album comes out before it was Chen then it was Xiumin etc.

They considered Vocal and RnB kings of kpop bc they have some of the best vocalists and dancers in the industry
Their music is mostly RnB influenced but they do other genres too
One of the best discographies in kpop(if not the best) and generally more mature music compared to other groups
They are known for their sexy/smooth RnB bad boy vibe

EXO profile shows who has the current release. Since Kai just released his 3rd mini album, his name was in the profile. It will change whenever there’s a new release, members, sub-units or as a group.
Also, you must have heard many EXO songs coz many groups cover their songs.
I suggest Call Me Baby, Growl, Overdose, Monster and Obsession. Have to warn you tho, those songs have different number of members due to military enlistment and 3 chinese members leave the group in 2014/15.

The reason that Kai is on the exo profile picture is because SM there company does that when there artist who are currently promoting and has just released something. So the reason Kai 's name is there his because Kai just came out with rover so they are promoting his name and yes exo is still together but the members are just finishing up there military services❤

There's another meaning of Love Shot in the Korean culture. A love shot is a toast that's done by two people when they get married or are in love. They drink with their arms hooked to each other. So maybe that gives another meaning to the song title too

Definitely should check out more Exo. Like someone stated they are 9 now and debuted in 2012 with 12 members at the time divided by Exo K & Exo M(because they have Chinese songs as well). But yeah, they definitely are worth the listen. Their singing and songs just hit different!
I've been a fan of exo for 11 years and I think what theyre trying to portray with love shot is the feeling of when youre in a relationship and you and your partner is slowly drifting apart but you cant allow that so you take a love shot to face whatever happened in your relationship and to get courage to try and see if you can still fix the relationship by giving your all.
That's why the tempo rose up again during the rap part after the bridge, accompanied by the lyrics "my heart is burning up. Im parched. In trust, im filling this void with you. Lighting up a fire in my lifeless heart." then them throwing flowers in the trunk as if to prepare an event or something then the dance went hardcore

Their account profile always change to whichever one of them release their music. And the powers of every members are in age order(oldest to youngest) and please note loveshot did not showcase this but the mv most definitely had connections to their whole storyline which to make it even more confusing, it's released in mixed order. Like puzzle pieces fans need to put together every comeback.
