550g chicken breast
3-4 garlic cloves
2 -3 green Chillies
1/4 Cup fresh Coriander
1 tbsp sliced onion
1 tbsp ghee or butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp Garam masala powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 cup oil
1 cup onion
4-5 garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger
4-5 green Chillies
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 mace
1 tbsp melon seeds
7-8 almonds or cashews
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup fresh cream
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp kasuri methi
