Can't believe they use rehydrated dry PHO in a restaurant, in Australia and Vietnam, we use fresh PHO noodle which only required minimum blanching to remove the oil coating, and is ready to eat in 10 seconds.
The BBQ pork vermicelli, you need to pour the fish sauce dressing over the entire dish, mix it up before eating.
Their garlic fries are the best. Use to go there alot but the prices are pretty high now.
My go to place is Pho grand , chief papa is good to.

@@arnelg67I don’t know the Queens Vietnamese scene but I’m pretty sure if you can find a supermarket that caters to a large Vietnamese customer base, the side restaurants should have better Vietnamese food. Typically that’s the case
