I took the lemon seed and put it straight into the soil and now I have a beautiful lemon tree about twenty inches tall and ready to plant in a larger pot. I also have a mango tree around 14 inches tall and a tangerine tree about 5 inches tall and some ginger growing, all from seeds from fruit bought from the grocery store along with the ginger which I bought the root and planted.
It can take 3 to 6 years to get fruit from a lemon tree grown from a seed. On the contrary you can get lemons in just a few months from a lemon tree grown from cuttings of a mature lemon tree
I ended up trying this because lemons are just useful in many things and wanted to grow something finally. Followed instruction from this video and a different video and it took about 2-3 weeks for the lemon seeds to finally sprout going to pot them soon
Just to let everyone know citrus and other big trees like apple takes a long time to grow from seed. It can 5-6 years (maybe more or less depending on situations and also from seeds tge variety is not guaranteed) even tho his organic fertiliser may boost growth, it can still take a very long time. So the best way to grow your own lemon tree is either by propagating or grafting. Just tear off a healthy semi hard branch from any lemon/lime tree near by and root it! Or if you do grow from seeds, when it is big enough try grafting. Take the branch from a healthy and heavy fruit giving tree. And you can have the same fruit as the mother tree. Happy gardening!
I germinated seeds from my friends clementine, so far I have 3 little pots with seedlings and 1 is just starting to come out the soil and one with nothing yet (germination took longer with last 2 so they’re behind!) but it’s so exciting! Not sure if I need to give feed or fertiliser or anything? And how often? Never done this before!😂 it’s exciting!
Thank you for the idea, God bless, I've been trying to grow a lemon tree for so long. I'm giving it a go, its in the process, they are growing roots. 👍🙏
I almost felt like I was watching a bit of a dancing short video 😅😃 haha love the energy man keep growing, our planet needs all the fruits, veggies, grains, plants trees it can get. Big and they oxygenate entire neighborhoods and small in a plant they might make your room better. (This isn't just me right? Plants are Nature's Air purifiers, my nanna used to say)
I adore this. You are so encouraging and full of energy. Wow adore these tips . I am doing this at minute. Thank you so very much. Kindest regards from north east England.
This guy is fun to watch but even more than that, he is teaching us how to grow our own food in the most economical way. The way world is going we’re all going to need this.🙋♀️

It’s worth growing a lemon 🍋 tree. There’s so many use’s for them. I think it’s cool 😎 just to watch a plant grow! Will be growing me a lemon tree, among others. Thanks for the tips!😋
Recently, I planted 6 grapefruit seeds straight into soil, nothing fancy, just kept them moist, and 5 of them sprouted just fine. I know it will take many years for potential fruit, but I think it’s worth the wait.
Hey there Electric man. 😊 You must have been the man that talked about this sometime last year. I now have 2 little lemon trees. I honestly just transplanted the tallest of the three today 4/10/2024😊😊❤
I have been growing my large lemon tree for over 6 years indoors in Ottawa, ON, Canada; however, it has never bloomed. The trunk of the lemon tree is about the size of three to four adult human thumbs, and the length is about two and a half adult human arms. The whole purpose was for fruit production. Recently, I have been getting tired of it not giving me any fruits. Thus, I plan to remove the fruit tree and use its branches, trunk, roots, and leafs for medical herbal tea. I might keep it as well, still thinking about it after all the dedication.

When life gives you lemon seeds, plant them, wait 6 years for the life of that lemon tree to give you lemons
Make lemonade then
It’s an investment. And it can even take lass than 6 years
