I personally believe that Ahsoka was forced into the battle pass last minute. She was nowhere to be seen on most advertising. I think that it was supposed to be Joker from Persona 5 but it was delayed due to next season coinciding with Persona 5 Tactica so they decided to delay it so they could promote the game on its release.

Ahsoka still got better treatment than Moon Knight ever did. He needed the cape glider and a built in emote to swap between Marc and Steven.

In case nobody has noticed, the entire industry is in trouble. It's starting to look like the end of an era for many titles.
I hope this gets solved near the end of the chapter and hopefully see a better future of fortnite but if it gets worse we could see a dark side to fortnite

Maybe they should stop being afraid of offending everyone and start producing stuff we like and will play. They need to grow a pairs already.
It’s literally still a top 3 most popular game. And been that way since 2017
It’s been going down since chapter 2 season 3 I think, that’s the last time they cared about any sort of colab, after that it’s just been cash grab battle passes with mediocre skins at most
Things Fortnite needs to improve on to have a better chance of bringing back the player base
1. More consistent updates especially for the map. Chapter 4 has the lowest amount of map updates with new POIs only showing up at the start of a season
2. Refocus the efforts back on BR and Zero Build ASAP. Imo they have dedicated too much man power on creative and trying to build a SOURCE like program but that’s frankly not what people are playing the game for.
3. Make the UI less jumbled and confusing to navigate. I’m sure everyone has to agree to that
4. Make new or simply bring back old LTMS and advertise them. LTMS are virtually dead because Epic believes that the community just makes LTMS that are popular. Nothing compares to air royale or unvaulted.
If Fortnite won’t allow their players to play on islands from the past chapters, how come creators can’t recreate them so players can play on them? 🤔

If you think about it, some of these issues Epic are experiencing are mostly to do with unfortunate timing, with things like unexpected controversy and similar things. So a lot of these things Epic had pretty much no choice in the matter. I still remain hopeful for Epic and hope that the road ahead isn’t as rocky.
Epic should enable us to go through battle passes that we paid for and own, and be able to complete them fully. It would really help in keeping players engaged in these dark times of Fortnite, and give them more time to develop their next chapter that needs to not suck.

I think the reason why people couldn't make the chapter 1 map in creative is because they were bringing it back anyway in Fortnite OG, but no one knew they were bringing them back at this time.
Bring back the original map the & original storm circles . The focus of the game was being in a squad battling it out and hopefully winning the game . We also had to find a banner and if I remember, a battle star? Its been a long time… instead its a endless missions . Thestoryline is a confusion. So glad i got to play it near the beginning of it all, as i can see just how much it has altered as a whole. When they blew up the original Tilted , that was it for a lot of people. Its not about the story its about money sadly

A big mistake that Epic Games made with Fortnite is giving the community too much freedom. By doing so now Epic has to face too many requests from the users and too many creators that may have anticipated some Epic's ideas for gamemodes or stuff like that. At this point there is no way out. The only thing possible to do is to make two pages on the game mode menu and separate Epic's game modes and creators gamemodes like in the old days. Also the page of the creators should have a well made algoritm that shows maps depending on their popularity. Also the high quality maps should be shown has "standard gamemodes" for creative, while other maps should be less evident. Also the maps that dont gain much popularity shouldn't be shown anymore. For example: if a map doesn't gain 5000 users in a week the map won't be shown anymore, but won't be deleted. By doing so the game would be less misleading.

Ik the pace we're going will be messed up a little but 4 seasons a chapter i feel like is just too short, they should go to like season 6, becuz chapter 2 was 8 seasons long and chapter 3 was only 4, so maybe do 6 like a sweet spot in between 8 and 4, like previous chapters.

Here’s an idea on to fix this, revert everything back to normal, everything. The graphics the weapons and the storyline, they can erase it all with the time chair go back to chapter 1 s1 and try again with everything they’ve learned of what not to do and use that to do the right thing, they had a good thing going until chapter 2 s1 when they stopped listening to us, they need to listen to the community since they’re the ones playing the game, they need to take inspiration and ideas from us. Fortnite is just extremely messed up. Epic fix this mess now.

2. The layoffs have ZERO effect on current development of Chapter 5 as only a few of the people who lost their jobs actually developed Fortnite.
