I let go of my oldest brother for doing something to me when I was a little girl. I never told my mom or dad . I never confronted him about it. I pushed it down till I forgot about it. When I had cancer in my 30's it haunted me again and I pushed it down. I had 2 small boys and Cancer and I didn't have the time or energy to face it. Now I'm in my 60's I let him go and today through this prayer I forgave him. In Jesus name I pray to heal me from this.😭☹😔🙏

Our oldest son has chose to leave his entire family. Children, siblings and parents all for a woman. We are heart broken, he was raised in a loving, caring and supportive environment. She is a narcissist and accomplished her goal. He cannot or willing to see what she has done. She loved bombed him from the beginning and he fell for all her evil tactics. Our family prays everyday for him to return to us. God help those who get involved with a narcissists. 🙏
If you come from a family dominated by narcistic abuse- forgive from afar. If you are the family scapegoat accept that, do not try to mend the family as these types destroy and cannot love.

I pray that God heals a family that I know. The husband of that family was sleeping with his wife's sister, and used his authority as a police officer to silence those who held him accountable. I pray that family heals, and that the husband sees his sin in his personal and professional life and repents
Every one does not belong in our lives i was married one year to a alcoholic right out of high school i married to get a way from home big mistake i went through domestic violence waited 11 years and remarried him again nothing had changed i became a Christian but chose to stay with him he received Jesus Christ as his savior and 3 years later went to be with Jesus Christ thank God that he got saved but i don't recommend anyone else going through years of a living hell sign Cynthia Smith don't you allow any one to tell you to stay in abuse these people are led by a evil spirit

This message was needed. I finally stopped trying to have the relationship I longed for, for so long with my mother. I was told by my dad (step) that I would never have the relationship with my mother that I longed for. I did not know this till after his passing, as he did not want to place a wedge between us. My mom tried to argue with me over my dad while he was on his death bed, I told her that I refuse to argue and do this right now. Everything is my fault in her eyes, to the point I caused the divorce between my sister’s ex husband and her. I did what I could to help them so that it would not lead to that. My dad’s passing was my fault as well because I had to separate myself from my mom due to the emotional abuse. I have been grieving for the loss and feel lost without him, as my dad meant so much to me. But, I still pray for my mom and sister and a big part of me still to this day miss them so much and wanting a respected relationship. But, a part of me knows that may not happen. I’m sorry for this being so long, it is weighing heavily on my heart. I need prayer for guidance and comfort please. 😢
This one completely took me, wrestled with me, gave me hope. Really helped me LET IT GO. That ending on this message ushered in the brightest beginning with Jesus at the center, Jesus as the light. I was standing there, with tears running, my hands open and lifted. And so lifted all the pain, all the weight, all the heaviness, the burden of unforgiveness and resentment. The burden of bitterness and strife. I love Jesus, and I am so excited for WHATEVER tomorrow brings. What tonight ends with is grace, and peace and FORGIVENESS. Thank you Lord, for this coming to me. My wife just divorced me after ten years because of hurt feelings. Not violence or cheating. Hurt feelings. I went and got counseling. She went and got a new place to live. But i know He is working all things for my good. I don't see it but i know it.

I've just been existing since the divorce. I'm on disability and can't work. I just go from day to day alone. I miss my wife terribly. But such is life.
Message? It takes BOTH the injured people to be in that same spiritual, mental, emotional and physical place. Otherwise, the one forgiving person will be opening themselves up for the same abuse , from the same person.

I'm a second wife and I would NEVER insert myself between my husband and his adult children. I would NEVER insist on being included in their original family moments. My step kids now think I'm safe and are way less defensive. If you and your wife had respected the sensitivites of kids hurt by divorce and remarriage, your kids would not have to set such a hard boundary with your wife. Try apologizing to your kids. Try visiting them WITHOUT your new wife. What's wrong with accepting with humility that she is NOT their mother or ANYTHING to them?? How dare you shove your second marriage in their faces?
It’s difficult to be torn between people you love. I believe if your new wife thinks about how your children feel and she stepped back to make everyone’s life easier it can be repaired. It actually may help your children to see her in a different light. I pray no one will be lose in this issue. Just keep loving them all and try to understand their feelings

Yes forgiveness is essential as a Christian. But what's not is tolerating ongoing dysfunction. You can forgive but love from afar.

For God, obedience is more important than unity.
“If anyone comes to me and does not hate his own father and mother and wife and children and brothers and sisters, yes, and even his own life, he cannot be my disciple. (Luke 14:26 NKJV)
The word HATE here comes from a Greek word that means LOVING LESS.

Today I woke up crying and pouring my heart to God without using words so messed up my heart was. I came to a point so tired to a point of almost giving up to forgive one more time the same ones since I’ve been forgiving them for years. The Holy Spirit brought me to your sermon. I’am listening again and again full of gratitude. Through your words the Holy Spirit is blessing and healing my heart to continue to forgive 70 times 7. I regret to have shown this time my wounds and unforgiveness to them and their allies. I made it harder for me. You blessed me so much with the blessings and Grace you receive from God and I am going to do the same. God continue to bless and use you to bring healing to broken hearts and broken families🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽

I have been led by fear so far, for those who arent religious, i was not. The bible are the truest words ever spoken. It delves into the psychology of us as stories. Theres so much truth and i can see it now. I have ooened myself up to god and the holy spirt because im tired of being led by fear and anxieties. We all bring spirts into this world with our actions, by love or hate, the holy spirt is what has been defined as holy. Ive come to understand how strong these words mean. Grace. Repentance. Sin. Revelations. Holy. Words spoken can cause anxiety or any other mix of emotions. I dont know if this understanding has come through self reflection, its a mystery to me those who speak ill in their words if they arent just not self aware of it. Im a young wife and mother and i take those meanings very seriously knowing full well what it means not too by example of my own parents and falling out. Ive come to know what it really means to pray and what to pray for. Do i have faith now because of this, what it even means to have faith to me im still figuring it out.
I wish can restore my bond with my fake family but in my hear t i know will never change for good I wish em all good luck but hurt me kids I cant be around that triggers me

This reminds me badly of my depression and anxiety and trauma. Cuz it's the same feelings it seems. Not blaming you by no means. I've always battled with fear my whole life. Which kicked in the anxiety. The intimidation. Fear is the strongest weapon on the earth we have it seems. Don't know what caused my mental illness but I HATE IT AND I CAN'T FIGHT MUCH MORE!! Sometimes we don’t need to reunite if they’re not healthy or got THERAPY and improved ACTIONS not words. Words don’t mean anything without actions.
Would you forgive someone who raped Grace, or one of your daughters? Not looking for conflict, asking how far we are to carry this.
Pastor explained clearly in another message what forgiveness is and what it is not.

You always forgive. Forgiveness isn’t letting someone off the hook. You are handing it over to the Lord and letting Him carry your burden. You carry the cross because His cross is light. Doesn’t mean the person who did wrong wont face consequences for their actions. Forgiveness is choice you make. God forgave you of your sins and calls you to forgive. Forgiveness isn’t the same thing as reconciliation. Forgiveness isn’t based on if the person is repentant or not. Forgiveness is about you and your right relationship with your heavenly Father. Your heavenly Father doesn’t qualify when not to forgive, He says you always forgive. It’s a heart issue with you and your right relationships with Jesus.

I don't agree there was a spirit of fear involved. more of self preservation his mom had a word from the Lord the younger will rule over the older and acted upon it. Same as Joseph went to Egypt in far of the life of their son. Sometimes better to be in the background just like David.

I disagree with his idea of forgiving everyone. It is just too immature. Moving away from their evil is imperative and this distance often allows people to see how truly evil their behaviors were. If they continue in their evil behaviors, best to just stay away.
If we are to forgive everyone then why do we have in the Gospels Luke 17:1-4 if your brother sins against you rebuke him, if he repents, forgive him and Matthew 5:23-24.
If your brother has ought against you go and reconcile and restore.
Thats NOT automatic forgiveness. Now we arent to seek revenge.
Repentence a change of heart about how you treated someone.
