Actually the term spaghetti code has been used since the late 70's, appearing in several programming books and even a few research papers. Team Fortress 2 is just a very good example of spaghetti code.

Spamton saying "You" is propably meant to refer to the player
He himself most likely meant to say that to Kris but the game likes to give those little hints that "they" are talking to us, the player
And of course, they are Kris
That person even says: "honestly, i don't know if even i can hear myself"
Perhaps that's a hint to us being the typical silent protagonist and that Kris isn't very talkative either so perhaps when they do say something they are talking with almost unhearable tone of the voice which is common for shy or not very social people.
The title of “Gaster [pipis] eggs” is going to get longer every chapter isn’t it

I think so funny how Queen has her own "Blue light specil" which very likely is the original version and Spamton Neo is simply copping it in a complete opposite way (Queen=plus damage less def, Spamton=plus def less damage) like most about him.

Its lancers theme because the trash machine creation sequence was presented by lancer industries (which was just made up by a sweet boy with a moustache as a disguise who is totally definitely 100% not lancer trust me 👍) and the trash machine is at the end of the tunnel with rouxls, the houses from the fight are also everywhere in the river, may also be like because the swan is the trash machines lover ("it seems the enemy's ship has fallen in love with yours")
The tea is probably unique to how each character feels about each other. Giving ralsei tea to susie shows us how susie thinks of ralsei, but when ralsei gets his tea its just water because of something to do with having an opinion of yourself.

That balloon chest is a reference to a moment in either Earthbound or Mother 3 when you open up a random chest in a bridge, and fireworks come out. They don’t do anything; they’re just fun like those balloons

The vessels in Hollow Knight are referred to as “it” including the protagonist, who is commonly called “the Knight”. (It was originally called the Hollow Knight when the game was being developed but that name was given to the final boss, leaving the player character without a name)

29:13 it is theorized that, since the EmptyDisk and LoadedDisk are key items and therefore can be accesed through your inventory in the light world, you would have the chance to give it to metatton next chapter ("Tomorrow"), which is interesting since mettaton is the one to have supposedly created spamton NEO's body.
I think Mettaton (or to be exact, Napstablook's cousin) drew that robot in Paint on that computer in computer lab. Hence why it even exists in Cyber World.
They propably got sad when they finished it and deleted it which would explain why the robot is in the basement.
The Swatch says he helped them which could mean he's supposed to be the Paint program.

For example: There are three graves for the amalgamates, even though there were at least four in Undertale. Ergo, there could be significance to the one that's missing - Reaper Bird - the fight where *Everyman* makes their first appearance. Could be significant considering the plethora of Everyman easter eggs in Deltarune.
"Spaghetti code" is not specific for Team Fortress 2, or game development for that matter. It's common programmer jargon for poorly structured, difficult to maintain code

Undertale and deltarunes codebase is pure spaghetti, ffs ch2 and ch1 have completely different engines and are in the same game, and there’s almost 500 scripts in global and there are thousands of random scripts that aren’t even used and the collision system is horribly optimized
"IT" is often used when referring to something that isn't human. (ex. "oh no, our table, its broken") which could lend a hand to the theory that gaster himself is the knight.

I think "that isn't human" is itself a trope in undertale. The most human characters in undertale are the monster themselves. But Chara is a monster. So the "it" for the knight CAN be referring to a human, but one who has lost all the traits that define having a soul. And not having a soul being a important thing, because Kris's soul is apparently not his original one.

Kris Susie and Ralsei - pardon I mean Krys Zusy and Lerias- are searching for a dark fountain in this world but they can't find it.
Lerias is unable to sense it anywhere and Zusy doesn't want Yoki to help the gang out (which is making me think Susie is the one that got them trapped in a different world). Meanwhile Krys is sharing a meaningful conversation with Yoki.

She is very kind.
Sometimes she can fly, other times she needs help with that.
She gets nightmares a lot.
And most importantly
she would destroy Mettaton in a battle of poses.

Just want to say I admire your commitment to voice acting all the cutscenes. If this series of videos is nearing its end, know that it has been one of the highlights of late 2021.

I think the hidden text may be dess who got trapped in a dark world but the fountain was closed with her still inside, the darkners return to their item form but as a lightner she should have exited with the fountain closing

The characters calling the Knight as 'It' reminds me of the little character we made at the start of the game. It's called 'It' too if I'm not mistaken

If you listen to the "The Dark Truth" song, you can find similarities to Undertale's "Your Best Nightmare" (mainly in the intros). Just a neat thing I realized. Perhaps Omega Flowey is a titan, or maybe the titans are Omega Flowey-like beings. Interesting...

I noticed yesterday during my playthrough that Kris can sometimes, or maybe only the first time you check their stats in cyber world, have a dog stat with mysterious effects
It can happen randomly in either chapter. I don't remember the chance of it happening, but you can usually get it fairly quickly if you scroll through all the stat screens really fast.

I find it amazing how nobody noticed the subtle change to Giga Queen's punches, in Phase 1 and 2, she strikes you with her glass, however in Phase 3, she actually punches you, albeit the hands she uses could use some polishing up

I’m not sure where the exact origin of the idea of the different flavored teas comes from, but I remember growing up reading a book series called “Sideways Stories from Wayside School”, where in one chapter students would try ice cream flavors based on each of their classmates, and their reactions to the flavors revealed how they felt about that classmate. If the student ate their own flavor, they weren’t able to taste anything.

Here's a very random thing for you!
In Chapter 1, when you Ralsei and Susie are in the elevator for the first time, the sound it's making is the same sound that plays at the beggining of the Phantom Train song (and while on the Phantom Train) in FFVI/FFIII(US). I recognised it straight away, and considering this isn't the first FFVI reference in the franchise, I'd say this was a safe bet at a little nod to fans of both :)

On the topic of onions dialogue, the song coming from the sea is referenced by the river person, and may be referring to the soundest room by the sea in Undertale with the unfinished Gaster's theme

I have found another small easter egg. Berdly's "Shocked" sprite is a reference to prosecutor Payne. a tutorial character in ace attorney. They both lean back and strike the same pose. with the same gasping expression.

The first time I played through Chapter 2, I recall there being a line before you re enter the dark world with Susie where she ask you if you'll still be friends if there's nothing behind that door and it was all just some kind of dream. Hey there! Big fan. I’m just commenting again to point out a detail that I found, that is still fairly unknown and is quite interesting. The music that plays in the end of the snowgrave route in the hospital (when the screen goes black and all that) is gaster’s theme slowed down.
It's awfully similar, not totally, but close enough. The Holy is the most prominent leitmotif there though, and the name is "Flashback excerpt" in the files :P

I think the tea tells us about how each character thinks about other charaters. For example: Noelle really likes Susie so the Susie tea tastes really good to her

I know that you ended the series but i just noticed that Giga Queen's face looks like sonic the hedgehog's, the quills, the snout and the shape of the eye-holes look very similar.
It would even kinda make sense why Queen would make it look so similar as sonic has a large handful of mobile games!
Not sure if this it's what you are looking for, but if you talk to Susie a second time just before playing the arcade game with Queen, it's revealed that she thinks the arcade game is a vending machine. It's one of my favorite secondary conversations from chapter 2.
Did you talk about the Susie's quote when equipping the silver card being a refrence to the lyrics of the song sang by the run away brothers in earthbound?
I may be wrong but it seems like the fight against Giga Queen has 2 Dragon Ball references. When the Modes are activated, the "zord" has a similar aura like the Z Fighters (Duck Mode has a Super Saiyan aura, FireMode has the Kaioken or SS God aura, SwordMode has SS God Blue aura, LaserMode has normal Ki aura). And the Queen's power-up is similar to Mastered Ultra Instinct.
Even if it's not the case, it's a cool coincidence. :D

Long and short of the Tea Theory is that a lot can be gleaned about the different characters' perceptions of and relationships with each other. The primary point of inference is the amount of HP being healed when a character drinks it.
But it's an amazing video and everyone should go watch it!

Hey man, love the videos! 2 "Gaster Eggs" from chapter 2 that I picked up on my play through that I don't think you covered are both in Homeworld after beating the final boss. 1: in San's grocery shop if you interact with one of the food crates it mentions Walnuts, peanuts, pinapple smells (I forget the exact wording) - this is a reference to the DK64 Donkey Kong Rap :) 2 - The guy on the skateboard outside of the church who calls himself "Terry" not "Jerry" is a reference to the famous Derrick Comedy skit "Jerry" where Donald Glover plays a character who poops his pants in class and changes his identity to a kid named Brian who likes to skateboard. It's a hilarious skit, really funny thing to include in his game
