The Video is a Concept Video. Using A Siren On an SI Test to Show the Idea Of a Siren Playing Music during a tornado warning. Using Over 10 Layers of Audio, Color Shifting, Audio Distortions & 3 Audio Samples of The Following Locations. The process took over a week to produce. The Siren Shown Is One Of Two Sirens Originally Owned By the County But Bought & Maintained By Me and Some Employees At the OEM Office. Yes The County Still Operates The Sirens, They Do Not Own them anymore.
