Calibration & Verification of Nanoparticle Analyzers

All nanoparticle analyzers need to be calibrated to some known standards for both size and concentration measurements. This video examines how that is done, and highlights some of the caveats that need to be understood, particularly for light-scattering systems like DLS and NTA. It also highlights a unique capability of Spectradyne's nCS1: the ability to do in-measurement controls while measuring an unknown sample.
