This year, at 35, I embarked on a journey to change my life. The biggest lesson I've learned is that it takes time and patience and being kinder to myself. I would get so frustrated with my progress, comparing my journey to others. I have to constantly remind myself that it took me 35 years to learn what I know. And that it will take time to unlearn and relearn. Thank you for the video!
Indeed comparison is a real problem..It gives you unnecessary stress.
Am also on the same journey of self discovery..
Trying as much as possible not to compare my progress with someone else's.
We all have diff seasons in life..
We shd endeavor to ask God to teach us to number our days so that we gain a heart of wisdom.prov 90:12.
doing the work is indeed, the hardest, i do CZcams videos too, i do cooking and teaching monitoring and Evaluation and PPM on my channels but being able to produce videos each week and growing your channel is hard, but as you always say Manuela we keep pushing and we are here for impact...

Failed to discover my self ,i would like to change fr real.
One thing I always hear in your talks is having systems, routine in a nutshell I hear a very well organized life which I admire and yarn for. However, I've come to realise that I have a challenge with following the same routine over and over again at one point I feel like things get to bore me. On the other hand however I see it saves alot of time and makes things work out so smoothly. I wonder how I can get to that point of following systems, schedules and routines.
