I am team Alex…Apple store Genius Bar is so not helpful in trouble shooting a bunk watch battery x 2….replacement watch is worst. I feel like I am invisible and they don’t care. Off to buy a Garmin.
Thim does not need to be on camera. Whenever we see Thim, it looks like he's talking directly to us rather than James or Alex. If Thim's vanity requires that he appear on screen, I would avoid the close up shot and suggest a different camera angle that prevents him from looking directly at the camera but instead looking at James and Alex through his monitor.
As a fellow introvert, I feel everything Alex is saying when I go in to an Apple store.
