I want Grant Morrison to tell me stories forever.
He recently signed up with Boom!, so you'll be getting more Morrison in the near future.
That doctor fate looks bad ass

*must have grant morrison's t-shirt*
can't wait..
Okay, who's that devil looking Green Lantern guy?
Que pedazo de tapa!!!
Grant Morrison is STILL King of my Mob!!!
Finally, some classic Captain Marvel, now we just need to make this permanent, then maybe I can get some sleep (that would be heaven)
On a side note, absolutely love Morrison
Picked up *The Multiversity #1* yesterday and, honestly, I hated having to put it down. It's that great! This is the type of comic book stories I grew up with, the kind of stories I love reading, the ones I miss with the current "serious" New 52 Earth-Prime making things all twisted and unfun for the most part. Granted Gail Simone's Batgirl, The Movement, and a handful of other titles were enjoyable, but on the whole Earth-Prime is just too... Serious. Like it's lost that fun spirit of adventure that comics used to be about. Multiversity marks the return of a sort of Silver Age style of storytelling: fun, light-hearted, cosmically weird, yet still action-packed with an urgency and foreboding that made the original Crisis on Infinite Earths such a great read. I've been waiting for comics to do another multiverse hopping story ever since Marvel cancelled The Exiles, and Morrison does not disappoint with The Multiversity. Heroes from all across the 52 Universes make an appearance, from new heroes like Earth-23's President Superman (Calvin Ellis) and Earth-36's Red Racer, to old favorites like the original Captain Carrot (of Captain Carrot and the Zoo Crew) and heroes like Lady Quark, Lord Valor, and the first appearance of Nix Uotan the Superjudge (and last of the Monitors) in five years!
*TL;DR* = This is a must-buy series, and one I look forward to reading in the coming months. A tale of cosmic horror and multiversal action, with something of a Silver Age feel that brings out a bit of nostalgia from readers who remember a time when comics we fun, and not so "serious." Morrison delivers an Odyssey of epic proportions, one that will take readers to the edge of reality and beyond, and is sure to be his magnum opus in the realm of the DC Multiverse. Pick it up for yourself and get in on the fun, action, and thrills that is the Multiversity! :D
Should be dense, require re-reading and filled with seemingly random stuff that suddenly matters at the very end of the comic.
Cannot wait.
Morrison, the genius. They could make the pre-New 52 (back when Batman & Superman wore their underwear on the outside of their pants), a universe and incorporate that into the Multiversity. DC comics can definitely get confusing.
I heard a rumor that the pre-new 52 characters will be meeting the new 52 characters soon.
***** I wish that rumor were true, but I DOUBT it. The New 52 reboot, happened for a reason.
It's been a long time coming but it's finally here. Can't wait to read it. Final Crisis was trippy as hell. In Morrison I Trust.

The Multiverse comic actually sound really cool
Read the first issue a few weeks ago. It really is as cool as it sounds.
Holy moly, Cameron Stewart's Captain Marvel is outstanding.
looking forward to this always like alternate universe storylines
if you watch the film unbreakable , they establish that villains are drawn with large heads, now look at silver age Barry Allen , Virgo's principle he is a villain....
That Arkham Knight Harley Quinn figure is seriously amazing!!
They all look really great, but I'm not a huge fan of scarecrows new look, as I prefer the arkham asylum videogame look. But yeah, I definitely will try to get that harley
DavisTheAsian The new look is creepier IMO but I prefer the old look. The voice is better IMO.
I would be interested if one of the Earths' in Multiversity is Earth Flashpoint. Dammit, make it happen. It still sounds good nevertheless.
Angel of Death it happened
I would like to see the Atomic World explored a bit; the that spawned Atomic Wonder Woman and Atomic Green Lantern. Those Final Crisis Designs looked awesome and Hals' story sounded great.
Morrison is the GOAT
I love tiffany's harley quinn shirt from blackmilk! wonder when it'll be released online on thier website
03:55, DONNA TROY!!!
I wish DC Entertainment had live streaming form the con.
I'll get Multiversity though.
She so beautiful
Blair looks and sounds exhausted. I can only imagine how crazy his convention has been going.
Really wanted those batman animated ones figures
Well looks like Grant is up to bat (no pun intended) again at DC. He really is a mad genius storyteller (even if some of his work can be convoluted..cough final crisis..) but he still can crank out some amazing set pieces and characters.
Finally, a look at the new multiverse. I wonder what earth-16 would now look like since that was the young justice tv series universe.
OMG he answered my question!
looking forward to this. should make for a dense read.
I wonder if the book will possibly refrence Earth 16 also known as the young justice universe
There's a Captain Marvel that is still called Captain Marvel! Yay!
What about making the multiverse bigger
Anybody know if earth D still exist
What is the status of his Wonder Woman graphic novel?
Wonder Woman: The Trial of Diana Prince was pushed back to 2015.
***** Thank you.
Alan Moore!
No You Knucklehead, It's Grant Morrison
Bot steel is hevier then fethers
Grant looks totally out of place here.
Maybe because he actually has cool ideas, nyuk nyuk.
What's the comic's name?
i think its Multiversity
Multiversity
Thanks
love Grant but he's seriously insane. Final Crisis is unreadable and I'm assuming this will be too - especially if he's spent 8 years on it!
I never found Final Crisis unreadable, just dense and complicated, and a story that forced me to slow down and really take everything in. I really liked it, and I love the issue that re-tells the story of Batman's whole history as one career.
I like him a lot and his work just opened me up to read everything in comics. I was a a bit of a snob just starting out but the joy he takes in the medium being silly and being cool with that is really chill and liberating.
The way i tend to read final crisis is i devide it into three levels: At the top theres the Mandrakk entity and the romance plot between the two monitors, the middle is the living multiverse with its unstable realities beign sucked dry by Mandrakk, and then at the bottom there's the whole Darkside resurrection going on.
These three levels mirror each other thematicly too: Weeja Del and Nix Wotan's relationship is mirrored by several other couples throughout the story, just as the theme of "old ways dying and giving space to new ideas" for example, what with the monitors and guardians realising the flaws in their society. Or the theme of "every human life is uniquely valuable" that we see in the crazy wheelchair hobo becoming Metron while Nix Wotan transforms from a Jobless guy to judge of all evil.
Final Crisis isnt unreadable. I completely understand why you'd think that, but to me it is the Gotterdamerung of our times. Its more about how you feel than how you reason it, though Grant's attention to detail is actually quite suttle. Its like a puzzle that you can admire if you step back and look at the big picture.
maybe im not abstract enough to 'get' FC. there's just too much going on and the focus was on characters ive never even heard of (which would be ok if the cover of the book wasn't superman holding batman's corpse, leading me to believe it would be mostly JLA centred). it was just too unclear and non-linear for me. however i do love his more coherent stuff - like all his batman stuff, action comics and all star superman.
So do i! But you see, i never thought Final Crisis was about characters per say. It was more like a story about the world, the environment that they were in and the transformations that were happening inside it. The character that this crisis is about is the multiverse itself, wich is alive according to Grant and even has development. The people are just intemrediaries that the author uses to talk about the world, like in LoTR or GoT.
DC black superman vs Marvel black superman.
Dc black guys vs Marvel bgs.
THICC accent
I liked the multiverse idea when it was used in once a year JLA/JSA crossovers. By now it's been so overdone that it's just boring.
Oh comic con, oh comic con, LOL
Wow a back superman in a different universe and all this changes like Thor turn into a women and spiderman MIx wtf stop it
Thor did not TURN into a woman. He lost his powers and was replaced by a woman. And Black Superman has been around for a while now, he first showed up way back in Final Crisis.
God, those two hosts try too hard to be funny but... they definitely are not comedians.
i have wondered if the point is you want to just punch them in the face as hard as you can.
FIRST!
First
I don't like Tiffany.
Well Tifany your art is very bad.
So basically this series won't make any sense like most of the stuff he writes
