I'm gonna have to disagree on the A&M game. The Aggies don't have the offense. I don't see where they have better receivers. Also, Notre Dame has a very bad history with 0-1 starts. 2001, 2004, 2007, 2011, 2016, and 2022. Every time Notre Dame starts 0-1, the season is like a torn ACL when they lose week one. They really can't afford to lose week one. Everyone else I agree with. BTW I told Xavier Watts on the day I got his autograph that I will buy his jersey and be at his senior day game. It might be expensive, but I need to be true to my word.

I think ND can absolutely beat A&M on the road but that is their toughest game of the season imo. If they win that game, they should go 12-0. Regardless, 11-1 is more than enough to earn a spot in the CFP
First off. Baylor did add a late addition to 2024 roster yesterday. The player is Mississippi Gulf Community College DL Ronnie Mageo who is 6 ft 5 inches tall and between 265 and 282 pounds. I don’t view him as a starter, but he certainly helps in depth. At best I see 12-0. At worst I see 10-2 or 9-3.
I see where you’re coming from with the A&M game and it could very well go that way, but I don’t see it. I’m high on A&M this season and I think they’ll get better and better as the season progresses, but I think ND’s experience is gonna be the deciding factor in this game. It’ll be the first game under Elko and the offense is operating under a new system with Collin Klein. It’ll also be Weigman’s first game since early last season, so I think rust will play a factor there(this can be said for every player really, but even more so with Weigman). So when you factor that in along with the fact that ND will have one of the best defenses in the nation, I don’t think A&M will be able to do enough offensively to beat ND. I see it as a very close and low scoring game for the first half, but I think ND pulls away in the second half.

The schedule is very favorable which is great, but outside of just a handful of games they don’t have many opportunities to boost their resume. 11-1 would still get them in the CFP, but 10-2 (which I do find unlikely) could have them sweating on selection Sunday

even if Leonard totally sucks they should win 10 games easy with that schedule lol. I wonder if they need to go undefeated to get into playoffs though since play nobody?
