Essential 360 Camera Review

Essential released the smallest 360 degree camera that can attach to the Essential Phone. I have both and here is my review on them.

I have the white Essential PH-1 for a few years. Just ordered the 360 camera for $12.00 new. Also, an Essential made case for it. The phone is not my daily driver anymore but I pull it out periodically and it still turn heads in 2022. The Ceramic and Titanium is premium hardware. I will use camera at functions, parties, weddings etc...

I took it on a slide at an indoor playground, with my 3 year old son on my lap and it didn't disconnect, or stop recording. So, the magnet can be relied on to keep the camera in place in some mildly rugged activities.

180 bones and its proprietary to that specific phone?! Thats robbery! Theyre sellong for $14-27 dollars on ebay here in beginning apr 2022. I was thinking of getting it as a really inexpensive paramotoring camera in case i drop it from 2000 ft in the air.

Good show and tell. Much better if sample photos and videos are shown. How long the phone battery lasted and what options it came with or not. Just a suggestion.

It should come with lens covers so that you can carry it without the box

Mine came with a little carry pouch. It was in the box under the plastic.

Sorry to hear that try a reboot or reinstall the camera software. I think the camera also downloads updates at times
