I've also been working on not looking at the back and cross + 1. won't be easy cuz these bad habits are so engrained but I'll be able to do it :) also I submitted earlier than I probably should have so that's why I didn't do a lot of the things you preached. Also something i just thought of, I think the reason why my crosses are so slow is that I was somewhat nervous, which makes me naturally turn pretty slow during non conventional moves. Also kind of a skill issue

Ring middle is more risky and easier to lock up on. No benefits for ring middle
Ring middle is slower and less reliable
Also pinky ring is worse than ring pinky
I do ring pinky and I have the fastest A Perm of 0.400 framecounted
