The video is showing a lathe on a 5 axis trunnion. Very few companies have this capability.

It's a 5-axis mill with a C axis on a trunnion. There are actually quite a number of machines with this configuration on the market. Tilt head types are less common, until you get to larger capacity machining centers.

Yes 1.2312 or what we commonly refer to as P20 in the states. Not a material you would make an actual end mill from but then, this is simply a capabilities demo.
