We have done our bio on April-3 and still we are waiting for the visa decision- me and my husband applied together for 5 years standard service We both got the nsf simple email and after that we also did the paid inquiry and they responded your decision is awaiting Now we don’t know what to do its more then 1 month and still we are waiting for the visa decision
In general, most of the visas take atleast 15 days for processing and since you got an nsf mail, it is supposed to take longer in your case. It can also take 1.5-2 months so my suggestion is to just wait for it patiently and meanwhile don’t waste your money on paid enquiries because you won’t get much useful information. If the home office needs further info, they will let you know. All the best 😊

After nearly 2 months my student status will be changed i have to change my visa. I've submitted all the required documents. I'm worried now.
Sometimes ukvi can cause a lot of delays and there is nothing we can do about it. If your visa is changing from student visa to any other visa which allows dependents too then you don’t need to worry much.

If they have mentioned for any missing documents then reply back to them , if not you go for paid enquiry to check for the nsf email , but rest assured if everything is fine from your end then you will get your decision within 4-5 weeks of standard timelines

It says that my application with reference number is dispatched to the UK for processing and an auto email will be generated to inform me when the application is processed and available for collection. Also, after tracking my reference number, it says that “Your application is submitted to the UKVI for processing.”
Once you submit your application, it goes to Uk home office for approval or rejection. As per the email you have received, your application has been sent to home office and the decision has not yet been made. Once the decision is made you will be informed via another email
My latest arrival deadline is 12th Feb. My college said that if I didn’t get my visa by 7th then they will withdraw my CAS. I have no time left. If the nsf mail just stated that your application may be delayed you can talk to your college and tell them about it. Because it is not your fault if the visa approval process is taking time. If you show your college relevant proof like nsf mail they might be able to extend your arrival time

I had my biometrics on 13th june and on 14th i got the NSF mail..in which they didn't mention anything like additional docs or interview.
I have a gap of 5 years which i explained in the SOP. But in the visa application i didn't give any gap explanation ( bcuz they didn't ask for it). What could be the reason for NSF?

Did you get any nsf email? Also please make sure that you check your spam/junk boxes as well sometimes the email from home office lands there

Details verify kar rhe honge , if you have submitted all relevant documents regarding your dependent then no need to worry

Skilled worker visa application pe generally itna time nhi lagta, but abhi sab application delay ho rha hai, may be that’s impacting your case as well

Ha apka visa lagjyga with dependent because jaise ke apne btaya apka application before 11 march ka hai which means you can come with your dependent

Hi, hope you are doing good. Well,i had biometric on 5 jan priority, 8 jan received nsf, paid enquiry twice on 17 jan and jan 29 and 17 followup email to which i was responded generic email 'awaiting decision'. Fortunately, case was ecalated by 1 feb and by 6 feb again recieved disappointing nsf email. I am clueless whu ukvi is taking so long to respond.would you be able to explain.thankyou
They did mentioned some more information in second nsf (6feb) apart from awaiting decision? And what was the concern they raised in 1st nsf email ?
Not only first nsf was simple also second nsf is simple , no additional doc ,no interview just your case is not straightforward

Which means you have missed some of the required documents that is needed for your visa… ek bar document list check karo

Hello.
I had my bio on 21st March and received dispatch email on the same day. Upon asking, bank verification was also done on the same day but I haven’t received any other email other than dispatch email. What does it mean?
What does the dispatch email exactly say?
It says that my application with reference number is dispatched to the UK for processing and an auto email will be generated to inform me when the application is processed and available for collection.
Also, after tracking my reference number, it says that “Your application is submitted to the UKVI for processing.”
Once you submit your application, it goes to Uk home office for approval or rejection. As per the email you have received, your application has been sent to home office and the decision has not yet been made. Once the decision is made you will be informed via another email

My latest arrival deadline is 12th Feb. My college said that if I didn’t get my visa by 7th then they will withdraw my CAS. I have no time left.
I did my biometric on 18th Jan (with priority service), received nsf on same day. Did so many paid enquiries and everytime they say awaiting a decision.

@@IndianCoupleinEngland It’s just mentioning NSF. No additional documents asked for. No interview call. And they didn’t send any verification mail to my bank as well
If the nsf mail just stated that your application may be delayed you can talk to your college and tell them about it. Because it is not your fault if the visa approval process is taking time. If you show your college relevant proof like nsf mail they might be able to extend your arrival time

میں نے 5 مارچ کو سکل ورکر کے لیے پاسپورٹ جمع کیا ہے ۔میرا سٹینڈ تھا ۔۔ابھی تک مجھے کوئی بھی ای میل نہیں ایا یہ کتنے دنوں میں ویزا لگتا ہے اپ کے خیال سے
اس پر کارروائی میں تقریباً چار ہفتے لگیں گے لیکن پھر یہ آپ کے جاب سپانسر پر بھی منحصر ہے، لیکن اگر سب کچھ ٹھیک ہے تو آپ کو تین ہفتوں کے اندر ای میل کی تصدیق مل جائے گی۔

I have got the same email . Mu biometrics was on 2nd april and i got the email regarding uploading missing document (TB TEST) on 3rd april and I have uploaded that certificate on 5th of april. When will i get the visa? How much will it delay?
They will recheck again everything.. it will take 3-4 weeks of time depending on your visa type
