Sour Cherry Jam Recipe - UK Allotment (Zone 8)

We harvested sour cherries (morello) and made jam. An easy jam for beginners as it does not need added pectin because it is naturally high in pectin. A jam with just two ingredients cherries and sugar and which sets very quickly.
