North Korea′s Siberia workers′ minimum pay is 200 U.S. dollars annually： report

2－hundred U.S. dollars，...that′s the minimum annual wage for North Korean workers in Russia′s maritime province of Siberia，... a region bordered by China and North Korea.
The figure comes from a Korea Institute for National Unification report on the state of North Korea′s labour situation abroad.
The report says excluding taxes and insurance fees，... their annual pay does not exceed 3－thousand U.S. dollars.
Also，... on departure the average North Korean worker has an estimated 1－thousand dollar debt，... due to visa， travel and accommodation fees.
Amounting to more than 2 billion U.S. dollars annually， most of the money earned by the North Koreans，... allegedly under forced labor conditions， is sent to the North Korean regime.

There must be a legal process to ensure that these north Korean workers are paid directly from the company who contracted them in the host country. 🤔
