Max, as a 68 year old old man I can relate. I had the tendonitis for a year. Final cure- put my hands in an ice water bath almost up to my elbows every night after playing for 10 to 12 minutes. It is hard to do but after 3 to 4 minutes the ice pain goes away. I saw this on youtube, I had the problem on both hands running up my arm. I also changed my sticks from extra long to medium and changed brand to vator. I also went back to my early lessons when my drum instructor insisted I play with a light feel and use the fulcrum rebound approach with no heavy hitting. Cured and no problems since. But I also stretch every day. Hope this helps. Richard

Hey, thank you so very much! The tendonitis is in the right arm, yeah. So I have to be a bit careful - but it's on the track of getting better so I can play for a few hours every other day or so if I take breaks/are careful!
