But aside from all the royalty and the pressure that comes with it, Amara is kind-hearted, inquisitive, and independent.
Despite her royal upbringing, she feels constrained by the expectations placed upon her and longs for a life where she can explore her true self.
Her compassion often leads her to the fringes of society, where she encounters people living outside the royal influence.
In one of those excursions into the fringes of society, Amara encounters a man. One who will change the course of her destiny and that of the entire kingdom.
