Charger current *is too low for fast charging* .
Me with 1.6 A, I charge the phone slowly.
But if I connect the fast charger it charges at 9V and 1.6A.
It's a Xiaomi phone.
When you connect the charger, the phone screen shows "fast charging" when high current with high voltage is applied. Me at 5V, I can't fast charge the phone.
Increase the voltage to 9V to get *fast charging* !
