Coconut Kadhi Ingredients:
800ml coconut milk
800ml water, or as needed
5 tbsp gram flour
1 dried red chilli
1/2 tsp salt
Kadhi Tadka Ingredients:
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp garlic, chopped
Chicken Curry Ingredients:
1/2 cup oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
250g boneless chicken, cut in small pieces
2 medium tomatoes, pureed
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tsp soya sauce
1 cup water
Spaghetti Ingredients:
1.5 litres water
1 tbsp salt
1 packet spaghetti
Spaghetti Tadka Ingredients:
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp garlic, chopped
Khao Suey Sauce Ingredients:
2 tbsp chilli flakes
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp hot oil
Toppings:
Fried instant noodles
Eggs, boiled and chopped
Spring onions, chopped
Carrots, chopped
Cabbage, shredded
Lemon juice
Garlic, chopped and fried

I tried it for the first time in Karachi Literature Festival and fell in love right away! As an Indonesian, the dish is like a mariage of malay and south asian taste. The use of noodle, lemon and coconut milk is similar to malay dish called "Laksa". Yummsville!
