And as the landlord usually will see your ID card / passport for entering the data in the contract, it is fine for you, to ask for his / her id card / passport as well, just in case.
That also shows, you care about frauds.

Yes it will be valid. Just before booking, you can confirm whether registration (anmeldung) is possible or not. In most of the cases you can do.

If the description says kitchen fitting, does it means that gas(hot plate), oven, dishwasher, fridge all are included?
Usually kitchen only includes kitchen top, sink, and stove connection (induction in most of the cases). If they provide dishwasher and fridge then usually they explicitly mention in the offer. Its not a part of kitchen here in Germany. (Unfortunately)
But check with them, ask clear and detailed information. If possible visit!

While shortlisting furnished temporary accommodation from the list company provided me, either i should consider short distance to office or short tenancy period? Pls advise.
Not sure how you are getting option to choose as there is shortage of apartments. Ideally you should choose what is convenient for you. Longer period would be something to consider.

@@harshad_dev hey, no issues. yes a video with all the info would be lovely. Though I’ve applied for the visa from Mumbai in June so most probably I should receive my visa this month or in the next one. The fix I’m in as of now is regarding the document for rent. I can’t give the landlords a Schufa and so as a freelancer its even more difficult to find a place in Berlin. So which other document might convince the landlord that I’ll pay the rent on time ?
How much time to get a shared Apartment / Dormitory from my country with a contract
For temporary stay after arriving in Germany, the given site options are not working for every area. For city registration Airbnb address is acceptable. If not where should i stay with my family after arriving first time in Germany.
Registration on Airbnb address is possible but it depends on owner of the property. It is rare though. Initially you can book airbnb and after arriving here you can further look for accommodation and try to connect with local agencies. I hope this answer helps.

If you can find good cheap or comparatively less expensive place remotely then go for it.. There is huge housing crisis going on in Germany specifically in city like Berlin

It's the same case for student as well. Usually there is no fix set of documents and it depends on owner or agency. Valid visa, passport and optionally job contract/university letter/recommendation letter are needed.

Its common to see apartments which are offered for rent having no kitchen in Germany! But I would suggest if you the rental contact is not long term or unlimited then do not rent such apartment as you have to invest alot to build a kitchen.

There is no harm for searching but booking should not be done online.. visit the apartment and do not pay online or advance.

I have no personal experience of finding place in stuttgart but berlin it badly crowded and facing huge housing crisis so I would say comparatively it easy in Stuttgart

I got reply from some lady landlord providing a room for 400 euro.She is asking for the payment in advance through online without visiting the room.Is that common ?How can I know she is fraudster or not?
As I mentioned in this video this looks like the case of fraud. Please do not pay in advance without visiting the property. If you can not visit then ask your landlord that your friend will visit on your behalf and see his/her response.

Depends on location and area.. Average 450-700
are wunderflats,housinganywhere ,spotahome trustworthy.? Do we have some registered broker in Germany ?
