Another way to counter negative thoughts is to battle it by saying to yourself 'What if it all works out better than I can imagine?' and then think out that scenario...it helps!

It's get warm in the United States, so I can now venture out more, and I'm planning on getting me a burger like that. 😊 I also enjoyed the pups too...they are so cute. I see why you love to have them around especially when your down. I'm guilty of overthinking myself, and to get out of my mood, I go somewhere to slow my brain down. That sometimes help.
