I’ve been struggling with identify theft. Really was working on my mind. Sleepless nights, less eating. Recently my mother said pray, lay your burdens at Gods feet and walk away. Do not keep going back and picking it up. You left it with God, leave it there. So I prayed in details and emotion and depth. I wanted the lord to know how hurt I am over this situation. I gave it all to God, and today received a phone call that told me that I am cleared from the point of blame for this situation. I started making phone calls that I wouldn’t have prior because of fear. God gave me guidance, contentment, encouragement, and bravery to make these phone calls to intimidating people who I was afraid of prior to prayer. Basically what I am saying is keep the faith lay your burdens at the feet of Christ and walk away !! Don’t look back, don’t keep worrying and taking back what you’ve already given to GOD ! Amen

I am praying and asking God to buy my very first house and going back to school and finishing my degree. But, I am dealing with my mother were she likes to control my life I know she means well but she want to live my life for me. I just trying to understand on how to deal with that. I have so many things I would love to do I just need God help with it.

How can I trust God to always have financial means to make a living when daily there are people landing under the bridge? Why would I be different? Why would God help ME and not them? If feels like saying: Oh, I dont want this, instead I want that. So I just pray and therefore decide what God has to give me. Because it is said one should trust that prayers are answered. How can I know that God does not want me under a bridge? How can I decide what God wants for me?
Also so far in my life when I let go and said: It will all work out, then something traumatizing came, aborting all my good path of building something for myself. I am scared to trust and let go because it feels like I invite bad things to happen with it.
As a child when I was letting go into playing bad things happend to my mother. I cannot get over the trauma that letting go means attack and obstacles coming in.
How can I trust?
