I was watching this documentary a few months ago (czcams.com/video/COMMnqTULd4/video.html ) and saw some footage of a performance I haven't seen before, at around 22:56, which seems to be from the Hammersmith Odeon in London. I would love to see if there was more footage of this performance if you have time to look into it!
Yes, there is more video footage from that concert and it was going to be released in 2014 (40th anniversary of the album). Unfortunately there were technical and legal problems. :(
