I think ultra instinct would beat ultra because his UltraForm requires only one super emerald therefore it may be strong but compared to forms like hyper it’s pretty weak
This muti sonic version of ultra instinct so is not as strong as the og ultra instinct Also ya mean ultra form requires power rings and one super emerald

Fleetway sonic. I dont onow if you know this but Fleetway Super Sonic is the corrupted version of Sonics super form from the iconic comic called Sonic the Comic Running Wild. He came from unstable negative chaos energy making him a psychotic bloodthirsty killer. I have a Fleetway of my own and hes more powerful than Fleetway Sonic.
