What do you need to do before you start eating? Is it really that bad if you're late in Germany? And how come some German families always have a pair of slippers for guests? Today we are looking at some social rules in Germany and what is considered polite and impolite. There are some things you shouldn't do unless you want people frowning at you!

In der Ukraine haben wir dieselbe Regel in der Öffentlichkeit) Wir hatten einmal eine Situation, wenn unser Freund aus England gekommen war und er hat keine Schuhe in unserem Haus ausgezogen...) Das war ein Schock für uns. Ich kann sicher sagen, dass die Deutsche und Ukrainische Kultur ähnlich sind. Ich habe schöne Erinnerungen nach dem ich Deutschland besucht hatte. Danke schön fürs Video!

Auch in Russland ist alles gleich. Auch zu Hause ziehen wir immer unsere Schuhe aus, wünschen guten Appetit und lieben Pünktlichkeit. Wir haben täglich von 23:00 bis 7:00 Uhr ein Lärmverbot. Wir haben viele "unhöfliche" Dinge. Zum Beispiel: Sie können nicht am Tisch schlürfen. Es ist schrecklich. Der Mann im Raum nimmt immer seinen Kopfschmuck ab. Ein Mann lässt immer eine Dame vorgehen. Es ist höflich. Wenn eine Person niest, sagen wir immer "Sei gesund!" und Sie müssen mit "Danke" antworten.

In Brasilien... (ich wohne in Rio) HILFEEEE Normalerweise alle sprechen laut.
Lärm überall. Im Restaurant (Leute am Tisch, nahe bei dir, die sehr laut sprechen); im Cafeteries; manchmal im Supermarket; auf der Strass und im Bar (zu trinken und sprechen)ist zu schwer!!!
Sound kommt manchmal aus Nachbare; Trio Eletrico /Soundauto (Sonntags zB). Ja! Es kommt darauf an.
Die Leute sind sehr sympatisch aber ... Du musst sehr geduldig sein. Manchmal ist schreklich! Manchmal ist lustig! Das ist art zu sein.
In meiner Kultur ist es unhöflich, mit leeren Händen in ein fremdes Haus zu gehen. Außerdem gilt es als unhöflich, einem Gast keine Tasse Tee, Kaffee oder Mate anzubieten... I loved your video!

I observed a huge cultural difference in the restaurant part. I have heard on another CZcams channel (Flying Abroad) that sometimes if 4 persons go to a restaurant then all 4 might order the same dish. And even many husband and wife don't share their plates with each other. This is very foreign to me as whenever we go out to eat in India, we try to order things that are of entirely different tastes so that we can taste a little from everyone's plate before they start eating and then order more of whatever is the tastiest.
Also, I don't think I've had this much fun learning german and german culture maybe except when I first watched "Car of thoughts" on GetGermanized channel. He drives through absolutely beautiful towns and villages in Germany while talking about life in Germany.

In meiner Heimatstadt gibt es nicht so viel unhöflichen dingen. Es ist etwa informel hier. Zum Beispeil, man kann in der Universität Schlafanzüge tragen, und niemand findet das hier komish. Die Kultur hier ist entspannt. Wir sind hier vielleicht ein bisschen "unrefined". Natürlich ist es hier unhöflich gemein zu sein, aber das stimmt über die ganze Welt, nicht wahr? Vielleicht ist es tatsächlich unhöflich, wenn man zu kultiviert aussieht. Wir mögen das nicht hier. Alle Leute hier mögen es leicht zu leben, und, wenn man das OK findet, ist das meistens genug für uns. Wir sind einfach und ein bisschen faul. Hoffentlich, nicht zu faul.
Wenn ich fragen darf, woher kommst du?
Zum Beispiel in dem Iran wir warten für unsere Gäste zu starten das Essen essen und dann wir starten essen auch.
