We live in Inverness Village 4 which you are advertising. Do your homework about this subdivision. Talk to Citrus County Commisioners, talk to SW Florida Water Management. Permits are missing, water is a problem and the roads are a mess. Could end up costing homeowners tons of money for proper drainage and roads.

I live in the Inverness Village 4 and you want to do your homework. Sales and Builders do not tell the entire truth. Was told the streets would be paved upon completion of the development not true. The cost of the streets and infrastructure (water drainage) was not completed prior to building. This cost is going to fall back on the residents that have built here. Don’t expect to be in your home in a timely fashion !

all those home are built with the cheapest stuff money can buy, the builder and land owner are working together to screw over as many people as they can and the county is'nt doing anything about it roads are fucking HORRIBLE

Always visit the neighborhood at night and when rain falls. This should be applied whenever you are buying.

When buyers of a new build home feel that certain options such as pre-wiring are gouging in price, how do they negotiate a fair price?

The houses are very nice but these developers/builders are very shady people. I know the drainage is horrible and houses are taking over a year to build. Plus the streets are not getting paved by the county but they are telling buyers they will. Nice video and presentation but maybe something to walk away from. They buyers already have multiple lawsuits going. We dodged a bullet
