    I plan on getting a cold air intake, headers before getting the tune. I don’t have the borla axle back exhaust like yours, I just have a regular trd muffler, you think this will mess with the tune? Haven’t been able to find any catback exhausts. And if i do get the tune, and add a catback afterwards will i need to re-tune it?

    • @BrandonStellmach
      @BrandonStellmach  Před rokem

      I don’t think it will mess up the tune, the TRD exhaust is probably very similar to the borla. Just the borla is a little bit more free flowing and louder. But if you upgraded to the borla after the tune, you will be fine!

      The tunes that they supply are usually for 91/93 octane. Some states don’t offer 93 octane, so if you only have 91 it won’t hurt it, you just won’t get all the power out of the tune. But if you had to choose I would just choose the 93 octane which will be better for the tune.
      They just told me, not to run 87 octane, unless you buy like a octane booster, to help bring the octane up to around 91/93.
