My favorite thing about this trailer absolutely has to be everything from 3:40 until the title card. The zooming in with the characters and the glimpse of the Unknown God...amazing...

These always feel like legitimate Hollywood movie trailers. Good ones too. It always amazes me how they invoke that feeling. Every single time. They’re so good!

The climax to this story is going to be absolutely incredible. I can’t wait until we finally get to Khaenri'ah and discover all the answers to the questions we’ve had for years at this point. Who is Celestia? What are the gnosis? What did Khaenri'ah do? and who are the other descendants? Genshin is really setting this story up to be more than just “the world of teyvat” and i can’t wait to see what they’re gonna bring to us in the future.

@@KillingMachine56656 I think they meant who really is presiding over celestia because even the archons bow to their will. Venti's been shown to have a negative opinion of them in the manga. There's also lore from Enkanomiya that celestia is not the original rulers of the world. So, they're really sus right now.

@@LBCAndrewthats what ive been thinking this whole time too! Maybe Nahida turning small was a similar situation to Paimon! And instead of sacrificing the original self, her memories are just locked up in order to deceive the Heavenly Principles, like Focalor. She probs have been blending and hiding in the shadows and is planning to fully save Teyvat beside traveler, like Venti's. But for now, she has to leave Teyvat to grow up for themselves and get stronger, like Zhongli's. The archon's stories couldve been like a major spoiler! And Venti mustve known something more about it because of the lacking second part of his story quest.
Oh and also, was the timeline of the Primordial one clear? Coz maybe Paimon's size is actually how small she really is, coz its very much possible that the Primordial One was still a kid that time too. Immortal and all, and maybe Asmoday was just too powerful for her because shes more experienced
we need to talk about how your included the paintings on Tsurumi Island, and elsewhere; Enkanomiya, the way you utilized everything and everything there is in the game to convey a message in such a creative way! You never fail to blow us away with your trailers! Also, I hope you've finally seen the new archon quest! I wonder if you'd manage to pull off a Kaeya-centric trailer next time, haha
I am sure he already played the new archon quest because I noticed a few scenes from Caribert in the trailer (broken mirror, Caribert raging, the Sinner)

Funfaq, the painting fromm tsurumi are on Dragonspine and in the storm in the Dessert, only the cultare Change but the symbols are the Same. They are a big Story behind this. Collect in the storm Dessert all 6 mystacal Plates ans Open two Doors in the Temple with the chessboard,.ln Dragonspine you have to find 7 Plates to open this paintingrooms.
i am a firm believer that khaenri'ah was doing something that caused celestia to destroy them. People who make ruin guards and call them "field tilers" are not 100% innocent as the fandom portrays. Something killed Raiden Makoto and i don't think it was celestia. Amazing editing! it really sums up the whole vibe of the khaenri'ah mystery
I mean those big ruin warde s were designed for combat against abyssal creatures like hounds. Khanreiahw as in conflict with them which suggests Gold (Rhinedottr) unleashed them and Makato may of fell to them
From the latest archon quest, it seems like the abyss order is being controlled by the sinner (second who came?) Who I believe may have been influencing Khaenri'ah from the start
In lore, Khaenriah used the power of darkness to raise Ruin Guard and Ruin Golem. Rhinedottir, one of Khaenriah's scientists, created various monsters like Durin and Rifthound which was the real reason why Khaenriah was destroyed not because Celestia feared their progress but because Khaenriah made too many monsters that endangered the whole region. It was the reason too as to why the seven were summoned to Khaenriah in order to put a stop to its madness.
-and u think those who cursed innocent kids condemned them to live like savage monsters wearing masks, slaughtered by the 7 nations all their life, In the most forms of punishment and humiliation
-those who slaughter a whole nation because they read just a f* forbidden book (enkanomiya)

the sinner "he" is the premordial one
the premordial has 4 shades, amongs them there is "Istaroth" god of time.
Istaroth is the one who wrote the book of "before the sun and the moon" the book that make Celestia furious and push them to execute Orobashi.
also Istaroth is the one who helped Ei to plant the big tree of sakura against the heavenly principle.
and also Istaroth was the 1st Archon of mondstadt (befor venti and befor Decarabian) but somone erased his existence from history, no one remmber him in mondstadt.
so there is someone powerful still acting against celestia in the shadow (he is one of the 4 shades of the Primordial 🤔)
which lead us to "he" "the sinner" is the premordial (and only the primordial has the power to reverse the curse of celestial that not even the archons can heal)
and the name of the game is (gen-shin = the primordial-god)
i believe "the 2nd who came" is the ruler of celestia now
and the premordial is "the siner" he lost for some reason
If someone asked me to send them something to convince them to play genshin, one of your videos would be an easy choice. Truly masterpieces, every one.
My head is whirling from this, but holy heck this was INCREDIBLY made. You really have honed your craft, Subutai, the editing is immaculate. All the dialogue chosen and the clips are made to work together sooo well (“like a weed from the garden of the gods” over the shot of Lumine trampling the dandelion is MWAH beautiful!) and I really like the choice of music! It’s intense and dramatic without being overwhelming. You captured the despair and tragedy and mystery of Khaenri’ah’s past destruction and muddled future intentions to gorgeous end. Looooved Pierro’s incorporation at the end with his line about the feast, but to follow it up with all those quiet shots of Aether walking towards a tree/a branch of Irminsul gave me chills. That’s so good.
Also, I have no idea if it was from a trailer I haven’t seen or if you edited it yourself, but the Hoyoverse logo dissolving into the unknown god’s red-and-black cubes was awesome. In fact, ALL the transitions were really good, so much ominous build-up! ❤❤❤🖤🖤🖤

This is so good that I legit thought that was official for a second. This is one of the best edits I've ever seen. Just by watching it, the effects, the mysic and the voices just gave me chills... The way glass shatters on alhaithams part, the paimon in the mirror and the moment where archons stand in line was so cool. Nust the transitions in general were SICK!! I don't even have enough words to explain how good this is and how much I loved it!! The way it switched from action to a calm cutscene with slow and calming music, the way traveler walks on water and also the sound of it is just simply so beautiful...😭 I'm sure that if there was or will be in the future a trailer like this, I won't like it as much as this one and feel as much emotions as I felt by watching this! I'm gonna rewatch this multiple times for sure. This deserves way more attention!! I never ever felt this happy and excited to find a video in my life fr! (I'm also in love with the ending and the scaramouche cutscene omg...)
Also the hoyoverse logo turning into the unkown god's cubes is such a nice detail... 👀😩🤚

This is the best trailer of anything I've watched, ever. As someone who used to do some video editing and someone who loves trailers, this is seriously impressive.
It gave me chills throughout. So much is happening, yet I was never overwhelmed. There are so many clever moments sprinkled throughout, like Lumine stepping on dandelions while Dainsleif says "like a weed removed from the garden of the gods," and Paimon in the mirror when Zhongli talks about secrets. The shots are expertly timed with the music, like Aether's kick at 3:17.
Sometimes, when grinding the same domain for the hundredth time, it can be hard to remember just how epic Genshin's story is. That all these grand quests are ultimately just chapters. This gave it all the justice, and then some.
My favorite moments are Ei's narration, Venti and "Stanley", and "All life will perish!"
Let me just replay it one more time...

The video is so dynamic yet it's possible to follow what's on the screen with every new shot--I sent this to a friend who also plays Genshin and they took ten minutes to watch it because they had to watch the video bits again because it was SO GOOD.

If I had never seen this game, watching this would make me want to play it forever and ever. The story of Genshin Impact is truly beautiful and the fact that you were able to portray it in such a way is astonishing!!

I very rarely comment on yt but I stumbled across this and I have to say this ranks as one of the best videos I've ever seen, period. I would have sworn 100% that it's official- the editing, music, scene transition, dain giving the narration, literally perfection. How you aren't hired in every official capacity is insane but you deserve it!

holy mega fucking shit... it has been a long time since i last wrote a comment in a video but i had to after watching this masterpiece, congrats! you absolutely nailed the living fuck of this trailer!!! the dark and ominous intro, the spacing between scenes to the epicness at the mid section and then the to serenity at the end. feels like a big Hollywood banger trailer!.

Honestly the best fanmade trailer I have ever seen. The intensity of the beat was in sync with how important/intense the scene was, something I haven't seen much. Along with the way you used different parts for eg. Alhaitham's mirror and showed something else like the archons to create a whole different scene was truly amazing!!
