Thank you for sharing your journey. I feel much more connected to you knowing what you have to went through to be here. Please continue the podcast and tell us more from the business side. I think it is as important as learning how to do the manicure properly. My question for you is what other business marketing ways do you highly recommend? What worked for you and what didn't. What should we look into for future? Thank you

Girl thank you for sharing. I've been trying everything too and not making money. I just can't do nails full time now and it's hard part time because I have a little one so hard to do after my 9-5.

Yaaaaaaaaaaaas you know when you don't live in cali and have rich parents! You know the struggle. Hard gel is difficult. It isn't for all clients at all. I learned it the hard way if there nails are flexible in any way that enhancement will flex right away from the nail plate. It's such a hard place to be in. Acrylic will work well for 85% but the smell can be extremely nauseating. Soft potted gel has caught my interest hard and i have been eyeing up your course!

I really appreciate your videos. I spent all my money on nail school when I was 22. The school I felt favored some students over others and I was not one of them. I did complete school and got licensed. The school focused on sanitation and let us just bring in friends to practice but didn't teach the application of nails really..I worked in a salon when I got licensed and didn't do well. I gave up and like one of your videos I tried nursing and after a few years as a cna decided it wasn't for me. Particularly due to environments during covid. My license in Illinois expired as of 10/2018. It's only been 4 years. Any advice on renewing? To my knowledge it's a mail in process. They are hard to get a hold of and I don't feel like the school I went to would help me.
