【DIY】Composter x BOKASHI Compost with leaves, paper and waste, result after a year?

In the second half of March, just before the coming of spring, we built a composter with waste wood and we prepared Bokashi compost.

🥬【BOKASHI Compost Ingredients】🥬
The quantity is approximate, and everything is customizable according to the timing and characteristics of the environment where the compost is prepared.
■ Day 1
Leaves --- 360 liters (120 liters/garbage bagｘ3)
Grass --- 240 liters（straw in our case）
*Rice rinse water --- 4 litres
Sugar --- 40 g
Ashes --- 1 layer
Coffee grounds --- 30 pieces
Compostable paper --- at will
Water --- 5 liters
Fermentation accelerator ---130g
* Instead of the rice bran that is usually used in Bokashi in my country, I used "rice rinse water + sugar + fermentation accelerator".
■ Day 2 (Tipping)
Egg shell pieces --- about 20 eggs
■ Day 3 (Tipping)
Potting soil --- 240 liters
Water --- 3 liters
Fermentation accelerator --- 130g
