image texture appears at 2 sides of object and i change it front and back but now in cycles there is no texture only white material appears .
You have to turn it on in shading mode ontop

How can I cut or add the line on the picture? when I added a picture that I want to cut and fold, I have no editing. Only Object mode available
You need to import image as plane, turn on the plugin from user preferences
