Coffee brought my hair back to life. I did coffee rinses and make a coffee oil. It caused my hair patches to grow back.
@@NowIAmNappy yeah girl because I was on the struggle bus for a while. But that coffee was a game changer.
ToyaRR that’s good to know I’d rather use coffee than onion. The onion has great results but ohh Lord the smell
So first you came for my oatmeal, now my coffee! What my breakfast do to you!😂🤣 I’m here for it though! Thanks for making this so easy for us to learn and utilize our everyday basics!Back to the video!
Kru Girl 😂😂😂😩 LOL sis we bout to have the whole kitchen in our hair. Thanks for watching and supporting
😂😂😂😂 next is lunch 😂but isn't it great to know we can work with what we have ☺
Thanks for sharing. I always have coffee infused oil on hand. I do rinses and mix it in masks. Coffee saved my hair. It's definitely a great DHT blocker for us older menopausal ladies.
Thank you for this video!!!
Love your color
Wow I really like this
Great recipe.
Thank u so much!:)
Wow I will really try this
Thank you! Your skin looks beautiful as well
This looks good. I'll try infusing the oil.
Nice CZcams channel mom and mom you look beautiful when you apply henna for the hair ❤️❤️😘😘👌👌
Interesting
I have been using coffee rinse since last year and I started using the oil this year. But I haven't used it as a mask. Thank you so much for this.
Gosh, no wonder your hair is so gorgeous! I really appreciate that you give so much great information about why you choose different things when incorporating them into your hair care routine. Its like listening to a hedge witch with a biochemist degree!
What I learned about mixing tea or coffee water in henna it should be lukewarm not hot or it will kill off the strength of the henna.
As usual, a WONDERFUL video. Thanks so much Sis!
wow
I see you super herbs girl with the pretty puffs😀 I made coffee oil a while back to help with postpartum shedding and under eye bags. And it works great! I have to make some more soon so i can try it in my henna mix.
I just started using it on my skin and I’m loving the results as well. I will try it for my under eye bags as well thank you 🙏🏾
yass love this I😍 sure will try out the recipe I have all the ingredients
Great video! If you wanted to achieve a dark brown tint to your grey hair, could you add Amla to this mask? How much would you recommend?
I would like the receipt
Can't wait to try this. Thank you.🥰 That hair food looked so delicious.
I just realized I can follow you on Amazon. Thank you🙏🙏
Oh I didn’t even know about that on amazon, that’s cool!! Thanks for the support
I love your DIYs. I can get with this coffee rinse. I’ve often heard that the caffeine can help promote hair growth.
You and I are on the same page, as I just made a diy herbal oil and infused it with coffee. Now I'm excited to see how it'll impact my hair . Thank you for sharing!
New subbie
I've tried coffee infused oil once, I wasn't consistent so the result (s) were not noticeable. So now I will definitely give this a try in my henn mix. Am due for a henna mask next month. I see you dropping some inches sister😉
Sophia Stewart them inches came out of nowhere. I know it’s a consistent Ayurvedic regimen that is really helping me to retain length. Let me know how your henna mask works next month
Hi! How often you apply this? I'm letting mine sit for two hours. My First time doing this so excited 😆
So this really works and you can put in shampoo and how long you seen results thanks.
Your hair is thriving and has gotten a lot thicker since you've been sharing your d.I.y conditioners with us 🙏🙌
Yep you are so right, that’s why I’m working on my line now. The proof is in the pudding
I used the henna-indigo to darken my grays. Does I use Cassia instead? How would the coffee affect my H/I colour? How often do you do this?
Omg I was thinking about making a coffee infused oil according to another CZcamsr's recipe(MaiCurls). Thank you, I'm definitely making this and MaiCurls oil too! Btw I'm "herb greedy" too girl.🤣
blkbry 1972 😂😂🤔 Let me go check out her recipe as well, thanks for sharing
@@NowIAmNappy Let me know what you think. She has some great recipes just like you. You, Curly Proverbz, SheRea Delsol, and MaiCurls have the best DIY recipes!😊💕
@@QueenOfTheDamned I plan to make it this weekend. I have almond oil, now I need to buy some coffee beans. Did you see her henna gloss bar recipe? I want to make that one too!
I actually bought cold pressed coffee bean oil from bramble berry. It is rich. I used some in soap. I was thinking on using the rest for my scalp. This video came just in time. Thank you
newdirectionsaromatics sells cold pressed coffee bean oil as well, they carry the roasted and the green
Ok, scrap my question, you just answered me. Next time I'll watch the whole video first🤭 😂
Thanks for watching the whole video hon, I’m glad your questions were answered
Hello thankyou for video. Can you use amla piwder instead of henna? Do you use coffee oil a couple of times a week? You cant leave oil in hair right?why does it not matter about coffee beans used? Thankyou for answers .
Cassia has the same benefits of henna without coloring your hair
Please did you use the black or brown coffee
Hello, If I have left over oil, how long will it keep?
Does it help in back scalp
Where in the world do I buy henna? Couldn't I get good affects with a coffee rinse on my scalp for the balding areas? If so, plz direct me to more videos. Thx.
Okay I am still looking for the c c c a videos. I was in your chat today and a fairly new subscriber so I'm trying to navigate your stuff here. I might try this coffee too but do you know of a way to use coffee just to color the little Gray's around the edges of my hair that's all I have right now and I don't want anymore! :-)
Thanks for sharing this recipe with us. Have you added other ayurvedic herbs to coffee besides henna? I don't want to change my gray hair color by using henna. Thank you!
Yes I have, I've use it with amla and aloe to make an oil in the past. The henna has 9 other herbs in it, so I know it will go well with other herbs. Do you have a particular herb in mind? I also have a video on herbs for gray hair if your are interested.
THANK YOU FOR THIS VIDEO... HOW LONG CAN I KEEP THE OIL IN THE MASON JAR
Oh wow I never knew you could use coffee on your hair I would definitely love to try it but I have color treated hair my worry is will coffee not discolor my hair
Coffee can add a chocolate tint to your hair. What color is your hair currently?
Is there a danger of the coffee depositing any colour? My hair is dyed red and I don't want to mess the colour up hence why I don't touch henna either
Can this help people with Alopecia
Hello, Can I use Alma and Brahmi powder in my Coffee Oil. I made the Coffee Oil a couple months ago and stored it in the refrigerator.
can coffee helps in grow hair thicker?? new hair growth?? my hair is thin
Hi, can you use any henna? I only have sweet almond oil. Can that be used instead regular almond oil?
Hi, you can use whatever henna you have. Sweet almond oil is perfect! Tha'ts the one I have as well
It’s said instant coffee isn’t the best, as it may not have the caffeine 🎉
Mines in the back of my head 😫😩😩😩I need it to grow.
My hair is very black and has never been dyed. Will it change my hair color or just the gray hairs which are very white in my hair? I used my first coffee infused product this month from Honey's Handmade. It was a custard that I use as a leave in
From my research it might slightly tint or give highlights in your hair. If you are just using coffee, the results arent permanent, so they will rinse off after washing a few times. If you want to keep your black color then I recommend Henna and Indigo. You can always use the coffee oil on your roots as well. czcams.com/video/cfVY9XhShhA/video.html
@@NowIAmNappy thank you so much. I wasn't sure if I needed to use neutral henna or not at all. I am trying not to color my hair just yet lol but my gray hairs are white. 😂. Looks like think pieces of cotton or string. Probably need highlights
Hi, I am a 70 year old woman just now trying to learn about making my own natural products. I have very fine and very thin hair. Would this work for my hair type?
Hi why all the tarking.
Pls can u add ur coffee to ayurvedic mix or only henna, and will any other coffee will do cos am not sure I can get access to ur type.
Yes, I said in the video that you can use coffee for any of your Ayurvedic mixes. . Any type of coffee works, I definitely recommend a dark roast because it has the most caffeine
I don't have henna can I use fenugreek instead and instead of yogurt can mayonnaise be use as well
Lanette C Rucker The coffee would work well in the fenugreek, I would add a few tablespoons of regular water as well and hydrate for at least eight hours. No I haven’t use Mayo in years but I know some people like it, my alternative would be coconut milk
So, I don't have to strain the oil before adding it to the henna? Can I add floral water in it?
Can I use the coffee oil daily?
Yes you can, but I recommend using it a week on and then a week off so your hair can really get the benefits of the added stimulant with the caffeine.
I wanna make this but i dnt wanna use henna because i dnt want my hair to get lighter i love dark hair is there a substitute i can use beside of henna ?
Any ayurvedic herb that you want to use. The coffee acts as "water" to the recipe. This works well with brahmi, amla, aloe. etc.
Love your color
