The background vocal in the second chorus that hit the G5 with the words "Red Line" is Nayeon.
The background vocal in the first half of third chorus that is sustaining the F5s and doing long belts is also Nayeon.
On the second half of the third chorus, while Nayeon is singing the chorus, Jihyo is the one hitting the F5s and the falsetto Bb5.

Here's how I distinguish who is doing the ad-libs/backup vocals: if it is ridiculously high, it's Nayeon. If it sounds low (& I think I can reach the note but ends up higher than I assumed it was), it's Jihyo. 😂😅

The high notes were shared by Nayeon, and Jihyo, Nayeon did the first one during the second chorus, she also had the sustained high note during the first part of the third chorus. Jihyo hit that big falsetto during the second half of the third chorus, they're probably the two hardest ones to figure out, because their vocals are so similar, but, you can pick up on the subtle differences, as Jihyo's vocals become more stable the more she sings, and Nayeon can basically turn the power vocals on, and off like a light switch.
You can't really have a permanent bias in TWICE. That's the struggle of every ONCE. Lol

nayeon and jihyo did the high notes. on the 2nd chorus the highest note was done by nayeon. in an interview nayeon said that the high notes were so high that she recorded it while lying down.
The last belting part of the chorus sounds like Nayeon. She has more of a high pitched range. I hear Jihyo as well.

It's Nayeon and Jihyo. The first one who sang in the song and the red haired girl on the blue dress. Nayeon especially belted that high notes on the 2nd chorus and right after the bridge parts and Jihyo as well belted out the high notes on the 2nd part of the 2nd chorus and that whistle in the end.
