The Huayhuash Trek, in northern Peru, is one of the world's best multi-day alpine trekking circuits. Encircling the majestic peaks of the Cordillera Huayhuash, this multi-day mountain circuit is a hiker's paradise.
There are many Huayhuash trek trail options and itineraries to choose from. Beck and I did the classic Huayhuash Trek, which usually takes eight days. Personally, we combined days six and seven, which meant we completed the classic Huayhuash Trek in seven days. Of course, we hope this video inspires you to take on the world-class Huayhuash Trek in however many days suit you.
