Ka Hao (rhymes with kapow) is a choir of Māori youth from the East Coast of NZ (where Highway 35 is). The older kids wrote a bunch of songs and this was one of them, just talking about the people and places along that coast.
After I seen this blow up on tiktok I took a deep dive into the Māori people and fell in love with the culture.. I want to visit them so bad from America but don’t know where to go to stay..
Its all beautiful here :) Beaches in the far north, beautiful lakes in Rotorua, the river in Taupo. Im sure you would enjoy yourself no matter where you went and we would love to have you Nau mai haere mai e hoa
