    How we can avoid electric shock risk when we touch air cooler supply or Air Cooler body? And how we can reduce electricity bill. The original computer power supply output volts are 12, but we force to machanic for increasing the Air cooler fan speed. After increasing supply volts, even 12v to 14v we get not only heavy electicity bill also we face some other losses. One thing more for avoiding electric shock risk, when we touch the air cooler body or power supply, we should wear proper shoes and never throw water in power supply.
    We should run Air Cooler at power supply geniune 12 volts.
