Pasta Aglio e Olio
5 Cloves Garlic
1/3 cup fresh Italian Parsley
1/3 cup good quality Olive Oil
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
400g Dry Linguine
1/2 Lemon (Optional)
Salt & Pepper to Taste
If you are wearing an apron, forcefully cast aside. Adorn yourself with a white tank top, as you are too poor to afford something as lavish as a standard cooking apron.
Heavily salt a large pot of water and bring to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente.
Meanwhile, thinly slice garlic cloves and finely chop fresh parsley leaves, removing large sections of any stems. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat until just shimmering. Add sliced garlic to oil and stir constantly until edges turn golden brown (about 30 seconds to 1 minute). Add red pepper flakes and turn off heat - the garlic will continue to cook.
Drain pasta, reserving about 1/4 cup of pasta water. Add pasta and reserved pasta water to the pan. Squeeze lemon juice over top of pasta and add chopped parsley, then stir to combine. If sauce is watery, turn heat to low and continue to cook until sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper. Plate and enjoy, or alternatively:

Richaad's Extremely Authentic Italian Pasta Aglio e Olio Pizza
1 plate prepared Pasta Aglio e Olio
1 prepared 14" pizza round
2 Tbsp Freshly Grated Parmesan
3 oz Grated Whole Milk Low Moisture Mozzarella
Prepare your pizza dough as detailed in previous episodes. Add prepared pasta aglio e olio to dough and spread evenly. Top evenly with grated parmesan and mozzarella.
Bake at 450F for 15 minutes, or until dough is cooked through and cheese is beginning to brown. Immediately brush the crust with olive oil and garnish with flaky sea salt. Add 5-6 whole basil leaves to pizza, slice and enjoy your newfound Italian citizenship.

Note: I would not actually recommend making the pizza unless you are attempting to irritate an Italian or you are planning on running a marathon and need an absolutely insane amount of carbohydrates and fats.
Yes, we actually ate the pizza. It wasn't bad, tasted kinda like garlic bread - but I'm definitely not making it again (we also ate the microwave lasagna as well). Not coincidentally, I also went for a 4 mile jog after filming this video.
I do recommend that you try making pasta aglio e olio though - it's a very delicious and simple dish!! Just be careful not to overcook the garlic; it really doesn't take long for it to cook through. You can optionally add a few tsp of freshly grated parmesan to this dish as well, but you might get yelled at for not being authentic if you choose to go this route - take caution!
As an italian these recipes would have killed my grandma but as long as they don't kill yours you can enjoy whatever meal you want

Love how every part of this song is just... well, so unexpected! You start off with a badass boss theme, where you kinda kick Pizza Face's ass, then suddenly you're hit with these 1920s vocals and complete change up of the song, before finally rushing straight for finale with Peppino completely unhinged.
The amount of effort he puts not only on the cover itself, but also the visuals is incredible.

I can't explain the way I feel everytime I hear unexpectancy 3 is just so fucking good!! It feels like a emotional rush ,just imagine that part of the battle ,the rain the Thunders on the background the frenetic battle against all the previous bosses and the cherry on the top ,the final battle with pizza head is just aaaah!! The pasta on the pizza is delightfully unhinged but feels fitting for our beloved Peppino Spaghetti. Was it good? Was it like Assassin's Spaghetti on a pizza? This is the "done right" of unexpectancy metal remixes, HE EVEN HAD THE SKILLS TO BE ABLE TO PLAY THE FIRST PART OF UNEXPECTANCY 3 (this part 5:48) like no other metal remix of unexpectancy 3 has done that before!
To finally demolish the tower, it remains to make a cover for the "thousand march" and it will be gorgeous
Man, this sounds so good, it's like the original version on steroids! I love that you kept the samples from "After You Get What You Want You Don't Want It"!
Also, I need to throw this out there: Gallant Goon is awesome for uploading all of Pizza Towers, but in terms of the full version of Unexpectancy, they kind of messed up a bit. I don't blame them, it was the first Pizza Tower track they uploaded, and they uploaded it the day after the game's release, and they also claimed there's no good way to seamlessly transition the 3 parts together, so the result is them cutting off some parts and awkward transitions. If you want a good full version of Unexpectancy where the transition between parts is virtually seamless, look up the version uploaded by Mosscreepyboi (it's the one where Peppino is wearing a blue outfit doing the Family Guy pose). I really do recommend anyone attempting to cover this monster of a song base it off that version than Gallant Goon's version.
I mean to be fair it's hard to get part 2 and 3 to transition well but the end of part 1 and start of part 2 are literally the same (you can even hear the reverb of a note at the very start of part 2 that was near the end of part 1)
