A utility area is a must for any house. I bet it's very inconvenient without that. 😏
In an Italian kitchen utility concept is not there, it's in indian kitchen only utility is seen

Building house is not easy . No matter how much we try to perfect difficult tp achieve perfection. Like the parking . Kitchen has to be redone . Again this depends on taste of people. But good design for 20 30 . 3 car parking amazing

I did not like the design
..I guess constraint due to a smaller plot. Looks like kitchen is just infront or adjacent to main door. I wonder how much time one would spend in balcony. Instead, can't it be used as part of room etc so that is will increase the room size. Any way, Wish you the best.
