I ve been looking for a room since november and never saw an available room even 2 to 6 months in advance... 😢 only for the next day sometimes they release one room and without open air bath so hard...

Our hotel was able to help us fill out the forms at the front desk and work out the logistics so we just left the luggages with them. Super helpful!

We took the train back to Yokohama station and got on the shinkansen to Kyoto
How do you go between places in Kawaguchiko? Did you rent a car?
you can take the train around Kawaguchiko. Just like Tokyo/Osaka using an IC card

I think they release rooms a few months at a time, but I'm not sure. We booked like 2 months in advance, but now it seems much more popular :(
