He may not sound the best, but if you listen to what he's really trying to say, he makes a lot of sense. Now I don't think that he should have messed with her music, but aside from that, I don't think that he's mentioned anything that's irrational. I hope he finds someone that can love him for him and be genuine in their efforts.

That’s easier said than done after years of being conditioned and learned behaviors...trust me I know. I attend counseling for it and I’d suggest that she do the same. You did mention self love which is definitely key! Once she learns to do so, a lot of things will be much clearer.

She could have prevented those reactions or at least reduced their severity by being open about what she was doing. Isn't that what Lynn Toler would say if a guy had cheated, been forgiven, but started being secretive on the phone to the point where she got upset? Wouldn't Lynn Toler tell him it's his job to make her feel secure even if she had forgiven him for the initial transgression?
